Oreo Lab

1: Why is it important that each cell copies it's DNA exactly?
It is very important for the DNA of the cells to be exactly the same when it is duplicated because the DNA has all your genetic information and this information has to be kept the same for normal development of each part of the human body, If any cell duplicates and has the wrong DNA information, there would be a problem, the cell would continue dividing and the wrong genetic information would be past on. Also if the cells would want to make a certain type of cell for recovering a skin part of the body the cells would make more skin cells not hair cells or other type of cells that that part of the body needs, that would damage the process.
